Bulrk BETA

Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Bulrk Beta, an emergency vendor-risk response and business readiness platform. By using Bulrk, you agree to use the product responsibly and to review all outputs before acting on them.

1. Beta product status

Bulrk Beta is in active testing. Features, workflows, calculations, scoring logic, reports, dashboards, email templates, administrative controls, Watchtower signals, and evidence workflows may change as the product improves.

2. Decision-support only

Bulrk helps organize vendor-risk events, exposure analysis, evidence requests, Watchtower alerts, Impact Radius summaries, response checklists, and emergency reports. Bulrk does not provide legal, cybersecurity, insurance, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice.

3. Customer responsibility

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Bulrk to upload unlawful content, malicious files, stolen documents, personal data you are not authorized to process, or misleading vendor information. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another customer's data, abuse vendor submission links, interfere with platform operations, or use Bulrk to harass vendors or third parties.

5. Evidence and document handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload, request, store, review, and share vendor evidence. Vendors should only submit documents approved for customer review. Bulrk may provide document status, evidence checklists, and risk impact summaries, but it does not certify that a document is authentic, complete, current, or legally sufficient.

6. Risk scores and recommendations

Risk scores, Watchtower alerts, Emergency Risk Shield guidance, Kill Switch recommendations, and Impact Radius outputs are generated from available inputs and configured signals. They are not guarantees of security, safety, compliance, breach status, vendor quality, or business continuity.

7. Customer actions and communications

Generated emails, reports, panic packets, vendor messages, and executive briefings are drafts and should be reviewed before being sent or relied upon externally. Customers remain responsible for tone, accuracy, timing, recipients, legal review, and business decisions.

8. Account review and suspension

Bulrk administrators may approve, place under review, suspend, or restrict beta accounts where misuse, suspicious activity, incomplete verification, operational risk, or policy violations are detected.

9. Limitation of liability during beta

Bulrk Beta is provided as a testing and decision-support tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bulrk is not responsible for business losses, vendor disputes, regulatory outcomes, missed notices, customer decisions, incorrect actions, delayed responses, incomplete vendor information, or reliance on unverified outputs.

10. Feedback

Suggestions submitted during beta may be used to improve Bulrk, prioritize features, and strengthen customer safety workflows.
